Password Requirements:
Your password must be at least 9 characters long, with upper and lower case letters, a number, and a special character (e.g., #, @, !).
Text Numbers:
Each project has its own text number, so you may not recognize it initially.

When you’re booked, all shooting details will be posted in your profile. You’ll receive a text when it’s ready to view.

You may get a “booking request” text to confirm your availability. Respond quickly.
Official Booking:
If confirmed, you’ll receive an “OFFICIALLY BOOKED” text. Reply to confirm and receive further details.
For Children:
If the child doesn’t have their own phone, use the parent’s number but replace the area code with “555” (dummy number).
At Booking:

Make sure you can commit to the full day, which may be 14-16 hours.
Be Reachable:
Extras are often booked last-minute. Keep your phone on and up to date with the best contact info.
Union Status:
If you're non-union, you may receive a union waiver at booking (limited to 3 union waivers). Know your current union status! SAG-AFTRA Eligibility Checker
Wardrobe Info:
Follow wardrobe instructions carefully. Avoid black, white, red, wild colors, and logos.
Location & Call Time:
Always be on time! Call times are typically released late the night before or morning of a night shoot. You’re not officially booked until you receive a call time.
On Set:
Bring ID:
Bring your original ID (Driver’s License + Social Security card or passport). Non-US citizens need a green card/work permit.
Leave Valuables at Home:
Bring something to do during downtime, but keep valuables with you.
Stay with Your Wrangler:
Your wrangler needs to know your location at all times. Don’t wander outside assigned areas.
Cell Phones:
Keep phones on vibrate or off; no pictures allowed on set.
Car Use:
If your car is used, ensure it has a full tank of gas. You may also need to bring props (briefcase, bookbag, etc.), and you’ll be reimbursed.

You’ll be sent a link to enter your employment info. After wrapping, you’ll get a notice to approve and download your pay voucher. A check will be mailed in 2-3 weeks.
Payroll Issues:
For any payroll issues, contact the payroll company listed on your voucher. Your employer for unemployment purposes is the payroll company, not the production company.
Required ID:
Payment will be delayed until all required ID is provided.
Union Info:
Waivers:
Non-union members may be given a waiver for union work (max of 3). Once you reach 3 waivers, you must join the union to work as a union member.

Non-union extras can still be booked after union spots are filled.
Check Your Union Status:
Use the SAG-AFTRA Eligibility Checker to confirm your status.
Non-Union Payment:
For non-union projects, you’re responsible for submitting an invoice to the producer. Get billing details when you’re booked.
